So, carrying on with fractions this week, we are going to now consolidate how to find fractions of amounts. First, watch this video:
The rule is divide by the denominator, multiply by the numerator.
5/6 of 30 is 30 divided by 6 which is 5, then multiply by 5 and your answer is 25.
So 5/6 of 30 is 25.
