Morning Meditation

Good morning Year 5.

The luxury of more time allows us to do things in our daily routines that we wouldn't normally do. 

This morning I began my day with a 10-minute meditation and it has really made me want to make the most of the day and be productive! 

So many of you are amazing at meditating in class, so I thought I would share with you this video to try at home. Find somewhere quiet, sit comfortably, deep breathe in and enjoy! - Miss Oner
